Regular Roof
Our Regular roof has rounded eaves and horizontal roof sheeting.
Boxed Eave Roof
Our Boxed Eave roof has squared eaves with a 6” overhang and horizontal roof sheeting. It’s the standard roof for buildings up to 35’ long.
Vertical Roof
Our upgraded Vertical roof has squared eaves with a 6” overhang and vertical roof sheeting. It is highly recommended for buildings over 35’ long.

Upgraded 12 gauge galvanized steel tube framing with a 20 year rust through warranty is available and in some states upgraded 26 gauge galvanized steel sheeting is available. The price for a 24×30 metal building can fluctuate depending on the height of the walls, gauge of steel, insulation installed or not, size and quantity of roll up doors, walk doors and windows.
As a guide, a 24×30 with one 10×12 roll up door is $14,604* Pricing will increase as additional accessories are added to the building.
Please note that this price is only good in specific States and may vary depending on local snow/wind loads and local building codes.
Need additional storage space without breaking the bank? Adding a lean-to to a 24×30 metal garage can drastically increase storage space. They can either have open walls or can be customized to be fully enclosed.
