Choose from 13 attractive colors or select the 2 tone color wainscot option. Every structure has 20 Year rust through warranty available by upgrading to 12 gauge frames. Our metal buildings can be constructed on the foundation of your choice, whether a concrete slab, on asphalt or even directly on the ground. We provide all the proper anchors to make sure your building is correctly installed and secured.

When our crew comes out to install your metal garage, they arrive in the morning and complete the installation by the end of the same day for most sizes, weather permitting. If your building department needs your building to be certified we can accommodate you guaranteeing that the building will meet your specific snow and wind load requirements. Our metal garages and carports can be designed to meet up to 180 MPH wind loads and 60 PSF snow loads. Stamped plans from a Tennessee engineer are available as well if your building department requires them.
