Anchor Types
Anchors to Install Your Building. All Eversafe buildings are installed on your site with standard anchors for all types of installations, whether on concrete, asphalt or directly on the ground. Our certified building come with the appropriate number and type of anchors to meet or exceed your local building code requirements.
Rebar Anchors
All Eversafe steel buildings come with standard 1/2” x 32” rebar spikes used for ground and asphalt installations.
Mobile Home Anchors (Ground)
Mobile Home Anchors are used to anchor your building when it’s installed onto the ground. Eversafe mobile home anchors are 30″ long and have two helical disks near the bottom of the anchor, as illustrated in the adjacent photo.
Concrete Wedge Anchors
Concrete anchors are hammer drilled into your existing slab as opposed to being “wet set”.
