He wanted a 60×80 Commercial Steel building with sufficient space for operational tasks and storage space for his packaging. Utilizing the interior space to its full potential was the focus of his goal.
The right side of the building under the lean-to provided large span storage space for his boxes. In the corner he built a small office for a break room and often hosted morning meetings to start the day. He can store dozens of plant racks inside the structure, pending packaging and shipment to customers abroad.
With the metal building centrally located, everyone takes full advantage of the covered and well-organized space which increases productivity. Since the installation of the commercial warehouse, operations have run more smoothly, and all their packaging materials and products are in one location.
