Building Description

Our 30×40 Metal Building can be custom designed with a wide variety colors and is delivered and installed on your concrete pad. This building comes complete with two 10’x10′ roll-up doors, three 30″x30″ windows and one walk door. Customize the location of your garage doors, walk doors, windows and other added features. Easily add a lean-to to either side of your building to accomplish a wraparound porch, partially enclosed lean-to or drive thru pavilion. Insulate with fiberglass or spray foam to help regulate the interior temperature of our Metal buildings.

The prefab 30×40 garage can be fully customized creating the desired architectural appeal your looking for by adding air conditioning, lighting, fans, lofts, gable vents, car lifts, large overhead doors and built out interiors to create workable/livable space for a home, office or combination.
