GBUSA can also certify any Georgia prefab steel garage as an option. This means that the building will be designed to meet the local building code requirements at your jobsite. In northern Georgia the snow loads are certainly higher and along the coast some areas require up to a 150 MPH wind load! In some cases in order to meet local codes your metal garage kit will be reinforced with additional bracing, additional anchors and when necessary additional framing. In addition when required by your building official we supply engineer stamped drawings to help you obtain your building permit. We also offer roll up doors, walk in doors and windows that are all installed on site. Our customers can choose the location of the roll up doors, walk doors and windows, whether you want them on the end of your garage or on the side, it’s up to you.

We also offer different roof styles depending on the look you prefer and your building budget. First is the Regular Roof, next a Boxed Eave Roof and also a Vertical Roof. Our Regular roof has rounded edges, or eaves, with horizontal sheeting. The Boxed Eave Roof has a more conventional looking eave with a 6” overhang and horizontal sheeting. The Vertical Roof is similar to the boxed eave roof but it has vertical rather than horizontal sheeting. With GBUSA building the design possibilities are endless.
