GBUSA offers steel garages in Iowa that are delivered and installed free of charge. Every metal building can be ordered in a variety of dimensions and sizes garages starting at 12’ wide and up to 60’ wide and from 10 feet long up to any length you need.

You can have your building installed on concrete, on asphalt, on crushed rock or even directly on the ground, the choice is up to you. If you don’t pour a concrete foundation for your garage this alone can save you thousands of dollars. Most sizes of GBUSA buildings are built on site the same day they’re delivered, weather permitting. All of our installers are courteous, professional and factory trained to ensure that your building is installed properly and efficiently.
The standard package comes with a 14 gauge galvanized steel frame and painted steel sheeting. Some customers in Iowa choose to upgrade to a thicker and heavier duty 12 gauge frame that comes with a 20 year rust through warranty. Other options for your metal garage building include the size, quantity insulate the building to help control the buildup of condensation inside the building or if you will be heating it to use as a workshop or a hobby building.
GBUSA buildings can be further customized in style and color. Choose from 13 different colors and can choose a different color for the roof, the walls and the trim at no additional charge. The roof and wall styles to choose from are the Regular Roof, the Boxed Eave Roof and the Vertical Roof. The Regular Roof is the standard design and comes with horizontal roof sheeting with rounded edges, or eaves. The Boxed Eave Roof style comes with horizontal roof sheeting and a squared off edge that looks more like a traditional metal garage roof. Finally, our Vertical Roof design comes with vertical roof sheeting and squared off edges.
