GBUSA offers one-stop shopping for all your building needs. The Regular comes standard on all of our buildings. This roof has horizontal roof sheeting and rounded edges, or eaves. The Boxed Eave style roof has horizontal roof sheeting and squared off edges giving it a more traditional garage look. The Vertical Roof has vertical sheeting and squared off edges, or eaves allowing snow and rain to drain off easier.

If building code calls for it, we also provide certified metal residential garages. A building that is certified is designed to meet higher wind loads and heavier snow loads. GBUSA buildings can be designed for up to a 180 MPH wind load and a 30 PSF snow load if needed. This is accomplished by adding more bracing on both sides of the building, increasing the number of trusses and additional anchor bolts can be added to better secure the building to your pad.
