GBUSA buildings are manufactured using a heavy duty steel framing with an optional 20 year rust through warranty, 29 gauge steel panels and fasteners. They can be mounted directly to the ground, asphalt or concrete allowing for them to be easily moved or expanded. If you are up in the mountains in AZ near Flagstaff and Sedona and get snow, your metal garage building will be engineered to meet the snow load requirement. Heavy winds are no problem and our buildings can be designed to meet 150 MPH wind loads. Stamped blueprints and calculations by an Arizona engineer are available when needed.
