GBUSA carports and steel buildings delivered and installed for free anywhere in Florida. Sizes range from 12’ wide up to 40’ wide and from 20’ long up to virtually any length. Customers have a choice of 3 different roof styles. The Regular Roof is the standard design and comes with horizontal roof sheeting with rounded edges, or eaves. The Boxed Eave roof style comes with horizontal roof sheeting and a squared off edge that looks more like a traditional metal garage roof. Our Vertical Roof design comes with vertical roof sheeting and squared off edges. This roof design allows the rain to run off of the sides of the roof easier during those torrential downpours that Florida is known for. If your building department requires engineer stamped drawings, we can supply them for a small additional fee. GBUSA hurricane rated buildings come with heavy duty 14 gauge galvanized steel tube framing and 26 gauge galvanized steel sheeting. Customer can also upgrade to 12 gauge steel framing that comes with a 20 year rust-through warranty.
GBUSA customers have the choice of having their steel garage installed on a concrete slab, on asphalt or directly on the ground. Depending on the type of foundation you choose we will supply all the necessary anchors to secure your garage to your pad. Our prefab metal buildings are guaranteed to meet all building codes in FL (including the Florida State Hurricane Approval Code) and can withstand hurricane force winds from 140 MPH up to 180MPH.
