Garage Buildings USA (GBUSA) offers steel garages in all of Michigan with free delivery and installation and in a variety of sizes and styles. We build one car and multi-vehicle garages and can also custom manufacture your prefab building kit based on your dimensions and specifications.
Our standard buildings can be designed to be from 6’ high up to 14’ high and widths from 12’ wide up to 60’ wide and from 20’ long up to any length you need. If you need something taller or wider GBUSA can handle it.
GBUSA building can be ordered in one of our three different roof styles. The first is our Regular Roof, next we have the Boxed Eave Roof and finally our Vertical Roof. The Regular Roof has rounded edges, or eaves, with horizontal sheeting. Our Boxed Eave Roof has a more conventional looking eave with a 6” overhang and horizontal sheeting. The Vertical Roof is similar to the Boxed Eave Roof but it has vertical rather than horizontal sheeting.
GBUSA prefab metal buildings make great horse barns, loafing sheds, shops, carports, storage for RVs, ATVs and boats as well. Any of our steel garages can have a porch added to them too. You can select from several garage door sizes and choose where to place them on your building. Walk in doors and windows can be added as well. If you are going to heat the building GBUSA offers insulation packages for the roof and the walls, or if you are just wanting to control condensation you can insulate just the roof.

Long and brutal winters are nothing new for the residents of Michigan requiring buildings to meet extensive loads from snow and wind. GBUSA prefab steel buildings are manufactured with a heavy-duty 14 gauge galvanized steel. An upgrade is available for a thicker, heavier 12 gauge framing. This option comes with a 20 year rust through warranty. All of our steel buildings in Michigan are installed with center braces and corner braces for added strength ensuring that your building can withstand the local snow and wind loads and the 3:12 roof slope on our buildings helps to shed the snow.
Your GBUSA steel building will be installed on site the same day it’s delivered. Our crews are courteous, professional and they are factory trained to ensure that your building is properly constructed. When your building is installed you have the choice of anchoring it to concrete, asphalt, crushed gravel or even directly to the ground. We include all the necessary anchors needed to install your building based on the type of installation you choose. GBUSA buildings are also specially braced to increase the strength based on local code requirements.
If you are building a workshop, body shop or any structure that will be heated a GBUSA building can be easily and economically insulated. Our garage doors and windows can also be insulated and are heavy-duty, keeping out vandals and thieves. Our metal garages can be constructed tall enough for a car lift or for a door high enough to house a large boat on a trailer. Vents and exhaust fans are available to help keep your building cool and exhausted in the summer. Any of our residential style metal buildings in MI can be designed with a roof only porch area as well.
