Garage Buildings USA offers three different roof styles, a Regular Roof, a Boxed Eave roof and a Vertical Roof. The Regular Roof has a rounded edge, or eave, with horizontal sheeting, the Boxed Eave roof has a more conventional looking eave with a 6” overhang and horizontal sheeting and finally the Vertical Roof has vertical rather than horizontal sheeting. Which roof style you choose will depend on the style you prefer and your building budget. With GBUSA, the design possibilities are endless. Customers can also choose from 13 different colors and can have a different color for the roof, the walls and the trim at no additional charge. GBUSA structures can be installed almost anywhere and can be anchored to concrete, asphalt or even directly to the ground!
If you’re pulling a permit to build your steel building kit, GBUSA offers optional engineer stamped drawings. These drawings are stamped by a Washington DC engineer and show the structural details as well as foundation details. The drawings will show that your building meets the local code requirements to you will have no problem obtaining your building permit.
